Vouchers are redeemable for certain goods, services or experiences offered by, or facilitated through, the Merchant identified on the Voucher. The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher and is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to the redemption and use of the Voucher. Furthermore, the Merchant is fully and solely responsible for the care and quality of all goods and services it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs ("Liabilities") it may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of a Voucher or not. You waive and release Bandwango and Dutchess Tourism, Inc., including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any Liabilities arising from, related to, or sustained in connection with any act or omission of a Merchant, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees, in connection with your use of a Voucher or the goods, services or experiences a Merchant provides in connection with the Voucher. Services performed by the Released Parties are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is not shared except to the limited extent disclosure may be required under applicable law. During checkout, we may ask you if you would like to receive marketing communications. If you opt-in, then you will receive communications according to what you opted into.
REFUNDS:
Refunds or exchanges on unredeemed vouchers are on a case-to-case basis. Please contact customer service via email at support@bandwango.com, phone (888) 921-5333, or text (888) 921-5333. Restrictions apply.
Customer Service Hours: Monday - Sunday, 9 am ET - 9 pm ET.
Refunds: Refunds may be made on certain unredeemed vouchers only. Refund requests on events, attractions, and certain admissions will not be honored.
EXTENSIONS:
Purchase Activation Extensions may be made in certain circumstances by reaching out to customer service to explain the reason for request and will only be considered on unused passes or items that are still within the activation period timeframe. Extensions will not be made in any event past 365 days of the purchase date. Extension requests on events and certain time sensitive admissions will not be honored.

Dutchess Tourism Confection Finder™ PASS RULES
Visitors who enroll into the Dutchess Tourism Confection Finder™ Pass can receive discounts and freebies at participating merchants, and one grand prize winner will be randomly selected from those participants who redeem the top tier prize entry.
Via their mobile device, participants can check in at each of the participating businesses through GPS-location and earn 50 points, and redeem giveaways or discounts at some businesses and earn 100 points.
For a chance to win the Confection Finder Trail grand prize, earn and redeem 100 points at the participating locations by 11:59 p.m. on EST December 10, 2024. One grand prize winner will be chosen randomly on or around December 11, 2024 from all eligible entries.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Any attempt to fraudulently check in at multiple locations by driving by and not physically entering participating locations will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. Sponsor reserves the right to review all check ins and void any that are deemed fraudulent. 5. WINNER SELECTION:
One Winner of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or around December 11, 2024, after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives. All decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information within three days after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within approximately seven business days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Any Winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
7. PRIVACY:
Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsors. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners’ list.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Dutchess Tourism Farm Finder™ PASS RULES
Visitors who enroll into the Dutchess Tourism Farm Finder™ Pass could win prizes checking into the challenge at two different point levels. One grand prize winner will be randomly selected from those participants who redeem the top tier prize.
Via their mobile device, participants can check in at each of the participating businesses through GPS-location and redeem giveaways or discounts at some businesses.
For a chance to win the Farm Finder Trail grand prize, earn and redeem 200 points at the participating locations by 11:59 p.m. EST on May 31, 2026. One grand prize winner will be chosen randomly on or around May 31, 2026 from all eligible entries.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:
The Dutchess Tourism Farm Finder CHECK-IN CHALLENGE ("Sweepstakes") begins on June 1, 2025 and ends May 31, 2026. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. 2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years and older.
Sponsors, and their respective parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 3. PRIZES:
Grand Prize: One grand prize winner will be randomly selected from those participants who earn 200 points and redeem this prize to win a gift basket of local products (ARV $150.00).
All prizes must be fully redeemed by May 31, 2026 and used by June 30, 2026.
Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.
